Personal Training

Personal Training/ Small group training provides an intimate and focused approach to fitness focusing on correct form to prevent injury and deliver results. Training one on one or in a small group offers accountability, motivation and FUN which is important at any stage of your fitness journey. 

What to expect:

  • Whether you choose to work 1 on 1 with our experienced trainers or in small groups (2-4) you will undergo a fitness assessment and discuss your goals with your trainer.

  • Sessions are 1 hour long and include a dynamic warm up, custom workout tailored to your needs and a cool down with optional aroma therapy. 

  • Group classes (8-10 clients) are 45 min and more for fast paced all fitness levels welcome
