Our Wellness Center Services

Cold Plunge

What to expect:

  • 10 minute session total, typically clients do 3-5 min sessions in the cold plunge and warm up in the sauna.

  • Wear a bathing suit/ board shorts or sports bra & shorts. Bring dry clothes to change into afterwards.

  • If you are sweaty from a workout we will require you to do a body rinse in our shower onsite and will provide a towel.

Infrared Sauna

Infrared saunas utilize infrared light waves to heat the body directly, rather than heating the surrounding air like traditional saunas. This gentle form of heat penetrates deep into the body's tissues, inducing a sweat response that helps to eliminate toxins, improve cardiovascular health, boost metabolism, and relax muscles. Unlike traditional saunas, which can feel uncomfortably hot and humid, infrared saunas provide a more comfortable and tolerable experience, allowing individuals to enjoy the benefits of heat therapy without feeling overheated.

Lymphatic Drainage

What to expect:

  • Firm pressure, pumping of lymph nodes and more rigorous maneuvers all together producing immediate results. (NO! this treatment is not painful!)

  • Direct skin or glov-to-skin contact is required using organic coconut oil (if you are allergic to coconut oil let your therapist know before your session)

  • You will need to be fully undressed (underwear is fine) so the therapist can access your lymph nodes. You will be covered at all times.

Myofascial Release

What to expect:

  • Gentle, sustained pressure (at least 5 min per technique) is applied into areas of restriction in your body's fascial system.

  • Direct skin-to-skin contact is required. Please wear loose clothing with optimal skin exposure (shorts, sports bras, underwear, bathing suits, etc).

  • Please don't use lotion or oil on your skin before your session, as good skin traction is required for best results.
